Anime Dice Launch

What shipped on 15 August 2026 — and why the RELEASE code is still worth claiming.

Launch Notes

Anime Dice launched on Roblox on 15 August 2026 under More & More Games. The original pitch is still on the game page: money generates offline, roll dice for anime-inspired characters, upgrade the die for luck, collect mutations, climb leaderboards, like the game, join the group. That pitch did not change for Update 1 or Update 2. The numbered patches restocked the table and dropped codes. They did not turn the experience into a fighter.

The launch promo string is RELEASE: typically 1 Lucky Spin, 2 Trait Rerolls, 2 Gems. It was still listed as live on 3 September 2026. Claim it. Late players get it. Rebirth does not restock it. Hub: codes.

What launch actually gave you

  • A personal plot on a shared server (max nine players).
  • A die that spends cash (and later Lucky Spins) to roll units.
  • Pads that print $ while you are online or offline.
  • Left-stack chrome that settled into Shop, Rebirth, Index.
  • A banner odds line — 1 in 9,342,584 — that is still the fantasy ceiling.

If you started at launch, you learned the loop the hard way: empty pads earn nothing, Trait Rerolls on Commons vanish, Grade is easy to skip. If you start now, skip the hard way and run getting started.

What launch did not give you

  • A frozen public unit codex with licensed names.
  • A Trello with exact luck percentages.
  • A YouTube tutorial library dedicated to this title (the game is weeks old; we will not embed lookalike videos from other dice tycoons).
  • PvP.

Those absences are why this wiki ranks fields (rarity, mutation, trait, Grade) instead of pretending we have a MOBA roster. See the units hub and the unit tier list.

From RELEASE to UPDATE2

The code names are a changelog:

  1. RELEASE — you exist.
  2. UPDATE1 — live service starts.
  3. UPDATE2 — current client.

Redeem all three. Then play the current client, not a nostalgia build. Patch map: updates hub.

Launch-week mistakes to avoid even now

  • Treating the clover Lucky widget as the code box. Codes are in Shop (how to redeem).
  • Rebirthing before pads are full (rebirth).
  • Importing codes from Roll an Anime or other RNG titles.
  • Sitting on RELEASE “until I understand the game.” Understanding is cheaper after the Lucky Spin exists.

Official channels that existed at launch

The Discord invite used across public code roundups is listed on official links. The group is More & More Games. The place id is 113290951185459. Like and join if you want patch pings; the description asked for both on day one.

Launch is history. The die is still rolling. Claim RELEASE, then go back to Update 2 and fill the pads.

If you are writing a recap for a friend who missed August, the useful version is three sentences: the game is a Roblox incremental, cash works offline, and the first promo string is RELEASE. Everything else — Grade, Trait Rerolls, Lucky Spins, the Index book — showed up in the same HUD and got louder with numbered updates. Send them getting started and the codes hub, not a lookalike video from another dice tycoon.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

When did Anime Dice come out?

15 August 2026 on Roblox, created by More & More Games.

What is the RELEASE code?

The launch promo string. Typically 1 Lucky Spin, 2 Trait Rerolls, and 2 Gems. Redeem it on the codes hub.

Is the launch loop still the same?

Yes: roll, place, upgrade dice luck, collect mutations, rebirth. Numbered updates restock; they do not replace the loop.

Where should a launch-week player go next?

Redeem remaining codes, then follow getting started against the Update 2 client.
